Migration touches your business data. Here is exactly how we handle it.
Read-only access to your store
To migrate, we read your source store's data through its API — read-only. We never write to or modify the source store. It keeps running normally throughout the process.
The credentials you provide (API keys) can be revoked by you as soon as the migration is complete.
Encrypted credentials
Store access keys and your Shopify store token are stored encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM — never in plain text.
Free re-migration
After the full migration, re-syncs are free for 90 days (for small change volumes — up to ~10% of data). They capture what changed at the source in the meantime: stock, order statuses, new products.
No duplicates, no data loss
Each migrated entity is mapped to its source (and marked in Shopify with a metafield migrastore.source_id). Re-running a migration is safe: nothing is imported twice.
GDPR and personal data
We process customer data (names, addresses, emails) only to migrate it to your new store. We do not migrate passwords — for security, your customers set a new password on their first login to the Shopify store.
The free demo migrates products only — never customer or order data.
The Shopify store is yours
We create the store and migrate everything; at the end, we transfer ownership to you. The store is yours, with the plan of your choice.
